i loved my time at red house wellness retreat! i went to red house because i needed to reset and that is exactly what i did!!! i loved everything sherri taught us and have been able to keep some it going. sherri and sandra make you feel so welcomed and i was sooooo comfortable in my room. the hot tub at night was awesome for my achy joints and helped me sleep. valuable lessons were learned. the food was awesome and well thought out. i loved that she got us outside on hikes and power walks. sherri is fun kind and energet... read more
