Went in this week for the 1st time in a year (did have window visits) and the wonderful staff have over the Covid period kept my Mum safe, happy and entertained. I cannot thank them enough for looking after her so well. It has been awful to not know for sure if everything is alright but I need not have worried. 100% Covid free so far and 100% brilliant with my Mum (Dementia patient). Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
