Okay so first off great customer service. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The owners also seem very friendly and great at caring for you when you walk in. My reason for the low score is because they lack organizational skills. I came in at 11:30 am, they had the gate closed, so I thought they weren't open. The lady next to me said they kept the gate closed cuz it was too packed. I came in as a customer came out. All I needed was to exchange a size in shirt and by 3 more polo shirts without logos. This is a family business. They provide school uniforms. During back to school, they are very busy. You can wait for more than an hour to place an order. From what I was told, an order at this tube can take 2 weeks to fulfill, but the owner does his best to fill the orders.
My order was changed without consent and shipped to me a week before my child needs the uniforms. The order was placed over a month prior.
I can’t recommend Red Dot Uniforms in El Monte enough! Sam, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure my order was completed and ready in time. His customer service, communication, and genuine care for his customers are hard to find these days. It’s always a pleasure supporting a small family-owned business that truly values its customers. Love this family business. Owner Sam is so awesome. Really cares for his customers! He always has helpers ready to help out and give attention to all customers. My family has ordered school uniforms from him for years.
