Went at 11:30 today, 16 November 2017, for the turkey and dressing lunch but every seat was already taken. Six or seven elderly and infirm were forced to stand but an attempt was made to find folding chairs, which were quickly taken. You can't eat in the furniture seats against the walls. Asked for my donation back as the service provided (a seat at the table) was unavailable. Woman didn't want to give my money back until I pointed out that this was still America.
