I drove quite the distance out to make an ATM deposit - only to have both ATMs being serviced and shut down. Huge waste of time and money.
I just visited the branch at White Oak to ask about my pin number and was treated very rudely by customber service rep Kevin at front desk, his response was i have no clue and later got me an answer, but when i asked about it about it a second time he raised his voice almost yelling at me. So rude and unprofessional.
Great customer service with people who are actually concerned about the people they serve.
