Shit service I got a balloon for my son that I paid $35 for walked out of the shop and the balloon popped right in front of the 2 girls, the 2 girls saw it happen looked at each other and said something in Asian language before I said anything they yelled and said it’s your fault, then I asked them for my tax invoice they wouldn’t give it to me, I know it’s only $35 I spend more at chatime but it’s the principle they laughed when my son was crying Never shopping at this shop again and I’m reporting it to ato

I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received at the Red Dollar store in Wetherill Park due to rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff. Upon entering the store, I asked two female staff members whether a specific item was available. I was clearly told that the item was not in stock. Relying on this incorrect information, I purchased a similar product instead. Pretty expensive for a dollar store. There are barely any prices on the items so you have to go to the registers and ask for prices. There is a 20cent fee for any card payments under $5. The store is cluttered but it does have a lot of variety.

Beware of purchasing items form this store. You ask for help the lady helps and sells you the wrong item. Purchase for the Christmas tree it was meant to be a train the one that goes around the inside of the tree they sold me the train that goes at the bottom wrong one. I went back to the store same day maybe couple hours apart telling them it was the wrong item. They're answer is sorry no refund only exchange. The correct item wasn't even there to begin with out of stock also their so called refund policy is hidden away tha... read more
