great people & great customer service, they do great work
Amazing customer service and quality! I had an event coming up and ordered stickers from a larger brand, but they didn’t arrive in time. Thankfully, Red Dirt Graphics saved the day! I called and spoke with Megan, who was incredibly helpful, and explained my situation. She got my stickers made for the event and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. I was looking forward to working with this woman and I gave her my cooler to help design. MONTHS went by and not a single word from her. I finally called two weeks ago and asked her for an update. She literally told me she forgot about my project. I was upset but I let it slide because she then promised she would get it done at the end of the week.
