Debatably the worst credit union I have dealt with, in my life. My husband and I have recovering credit and we came in today, trying to get financing for a vehicle so he can obtain a higher paying job. The lady he spoke with, told him, and I quote “oh, you couldn’t even finance a piece of bubblegum.” Which, even IF true, is wildly unprofessional and just flat out rude. I have also made this report to the better business bureau. This is unacceptable behavior.
I have used this facility since September 2022 and I have no complaints. They have helped me with any problems that have occurred with quick and decisive action.
The women who work at the location by Google are very sweet. Kinda. Don't expect much because they were educated in Oklahoma and that can be iffy.
I have been a customer here for over 40 years. I used to recommend them to everyone, but service here is almost nonexistent now. You can’t get anyone to wait on you in person and they made the app nearly unusable. You can stand in line inside or sit in your car for ever and thats all. They are so incredibly slow that even retired I just don’t have the time for this! If you need banking I recommend you go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of time and frustration.
This is the worst branch EVER. It is a shared branch for our bank. 3 times when we have made a deposit into our checking account they put it into our savings account. This time it caused us not to be able to pay for groceries (embarrassing). We got the same excuse as before (new teller). Thier way to handle it is to say "If you don't like our branch you can go to a different branch". Beware they do NOT care about their customers!!! If there was a negative rating I would give them one.
