I am visibly disabled (use forearm crutches). Over Christmas, I was supposed to ride from *********** to ***************. When we stopped in *****, the bus driver forced all the passengers to get off the bus, including children, me and a blind man, so that he could refuel. Red Coach is terrible do not use them! They were supposed to pick up my daughter in ****, ** and take her to UT ******. They never showed up. There was a huge crowd of about 75 people, all of us waiting. We all separately called customer service and they hung up on all of us after saying they do not know what happened to the bus. I tried online help and the ******** customer service and they do not ever respond. Everyone wound up driving their kids, this company is awful.

Second time that we have been burned by Red Coach. West Palm to FSU college Tallahassee spring break, they overbook the buses then hire “third party operators” and it is a fight to get a seat on each overbooked bus that turns up at the West Palm turnpike service plaza. Last time the bus just rolled through without stopping because probably the driver saw the line of people desperately waiting for the bus and the driver didn’t want to deal with it. My bus left more than 5 minutes early even though their own online bus tracker showed “Delayed.” At least 2 other passengers were also left behind. Customer service would not answer the phone or respond on the chat for more than an hour. They told me the bus left early but could not refund my fare. The chat/text agent messaged me stating “Right now I will file a claim under your name for this inconvenience, which will be reviewed by the claims department. I am on the bus now. Wish I had searched email first for reviews. Paid for a first class ticket to sit by myself and decline because Im 511. A economy bus pulls up not first class and not even business class. Im like this is not what was represented to me when I purchased abs I def dont want to sit next to someone. Driver tells me this is what it is you getting on or no WTH!!! Just wait till I get home to do my blog and spread this on ********** This was a scam.
