I was very impressed after this single appointment with Sandy. I presented with a knee injury and Sandy gave me diagnosis, targeted massage, a clear recovery plan, reassurance and lots of encouragement. I was relieved and empowered…exactly what I needed!
Sandy is an amazing physiotherapist! Her professionalism combined with her exceptionally warm, interested and caring manner and personality. She has enabled me to complete exercises and movements which I have incorporated into my daily life. It has been an enlightening experience to learn just what good physiotherapy can achieve. I gained the ability to go jogging gently by practising few exercises. Again my thanks to Sandy for her encouragement and skills, I have truly benefitted.
