Great smoked white fish, great prices. The employee working was also very friendly and helpful.
These guys have their craft dialed in. I'm a lake trout fan, so that's what I bought. At first I thought their brine was a little too sweet for my liking, but it grew on me. Moisture/texture was spot on perfect. If you go and think you're buying enough, you're not.
The smoked whitefish dip is amazing! Stop by and grab some on your way in and out of town.
Got a fillet of their honey smoked whitefish, fantastic. This place is definitely worth a stop for fish lovers.
