My 71 year old dad has lived there for,3 years it was nice the first year but then they raised his rent up 4 time he only get 900$ a month. We moved him out cause he can't afford it anymore. How are senior citizens going to afford a place like that if they keep going up on rent it's supposed to be low income. They will not fix anything, the yards are not mowed have the time some of the residents mow there yards. I wouldn't even stay there now that I know how they are
My girlfriend's father was living there but had to move out due the fact they kept raising the rent. He's on a fixed income and couldn't survive after paying rent. Then after he moved out and cleaned the house was told that he should have had the carpets professionally cleaned, not done by tenant. The place is a rip off for senior citizens that not well off and living on social security. Would not recommend and management absolutely sucks.
My 85 year old mother-in-law has lived there for 3 years. The first year was wonderful. Now the price has went up twice. Always picking her home for inspection. Have never found anything wrong. She started having a few issues. Dishwasher, stopped up stool So when she called to report it. They informed her sorry we don't have a maintenance person hired right now. My mom moved in a few years ago ,the grounds were nice yet now they look awful. Her unit is in desperate need of repairs and maintenance is well aware of it yet it's not being taken care of. A positive note is that mom is in a safe place and she's happy there.
