website down due to technical bs and 24hr service cant access my info either. at the grocery store getting denied access to my own money. been banking here 3 years because I thought it was safe and helpful but got proved wrong tonight. Getting charged monthly for premier checking but cant use it when most needed. Robbery and scam.. will be switching banks in the morning. disappointed and angry.
I would rate them zero stars if I could. This is the worst branch in all of Red Canoe. They have no idea what they are doing and they have the most horrible customer service I’ve ever seen at any bank and I have banked with probably over 10 banks/credit unions in my lifetime. Their staff does not know what they are doing. They’re under qualified and incompetent to do even the easiest of transactions and they have huge long wait time and are inconsiderate of other peoples time. Whatever you do do not go there.
So far, so good. However check deposited in ATM take more than 24 hrs to be available in cash.
Horrible bank. Had me tell them my SS# out-loud with the door open to the lobby. Not shockingly, got my ID stolen for the account. Fraud department is a mess. When I tried to close my account I had to come back to deal with it multiple times before I could actually close my account. Also charges fees for the checking accounts. Don’t bank here. Only nice thing was the lady who helped me close my account finally
Terrible bank, worse than wells Fargo. Did you know they charge you to have an account with them. Charge you monthly 5$ if you don't sign up with their e statements.we have been trying to set up online banking but their app isn't responding so they took money from my kids account. Never again. We will be closing the brand new account he's has 2 days because they are already taking money from my teen sons account with his first job.
