I have been doing business with this branch for a long time. Each time I enter this branch, they welcome me, using my name. The people here ALWAYS are professional and very eager to help me with my myriad of banking needs. I am so impressed with the employees at this branch. I’m a 21 year old nearing the end of my Credit Builder Loan with Red Canoe. I set the amount for $50 x 12 months and I have been paying it monthly since last December. Now, as of this September, my credit score has reached 633!!! Today, I signed up for a visa credit card before the Credit Builder Loan is finished in order to keep my good credit score. Great people all around always helping
Although they are helpful and courteous inside the store the store the app is never correct and I have attempted to make multiple calls to them to make a payment on my credit card and they never answer or ever call me back And now I have a negative mark on my credit report
