I've been banking with Red Canoe for many years. I think the Albany, OR branch is a great place to conduct business. They have went above and beyond to assist with whatever I've needed and they have done so in a timely manner.
I have way too many issues with the ATM in albany.
I don't normally write reviews, but I really think Red Canoe deserves some recognition. I am not a bank person, but about a year and a half ago I opened an account with red canoe to get a new car, my experiences with Red Canoe since day 1 have been nothing but amazing. They are extremely helpful, so nice and professional, but not so professional you feel like a number. I really do feel like a MEMBER of Red Canoe and appreciate everything about them. Thank you Red Canoe!
Have been with them for more than 5 years not one problem to report that they could not help me figure out. Even when out of state they still handled all my needs.
