One of our favorite things to do on the island is to drive around in our Red Bug cart 😀. We have rented from them several times in the past and have never had any issues. This time we rented a 2 person cart for a week. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the reservation over the phone to the check out of the cart. Worst part of the entire process is the day we have to turn in our cart ☹️.
Definitely convenient to rent to tour the island, unfortunately there were a couple things that make me wonder if they check carts before rentals. The first thing I noticed was a front tire with the metal cords showing, then the cart decided to not run so I called the repair line which had no answer and was told to leave a message, never got a call back.
