Scheduled in May for a move to Richmond, VA the first weekend in August. Joe was very responsive to email inquiries and returned a thorough quote to me the day he met with me. The only snafu day of move was a 30-minute delay of start time, but I was called ahead of time with that update. Joseph and Marcus, movers, could not have been nicer! Marcus wrapped furniture thoroughly and Joseph packed the truck carefully. I have moved at least six times during my life and this was the worst move that I have experienced. The guys were the very nicest, friendliest that I have worked with. They were gung ho and happy to move anything. Sadly, they were also the sloppiest. The truck was not packed properly so items shifted and were damaged. Boxes were unloaded so quickly that they just stuck them anywhere completely ignoring the labels carefully put on every box.
