I've been doing business with them regularly for several years now (supplies, bands, etc.), and have always found the service to be excellent and friendly. It's a small operation, which has its downside (when Tony and Diane are away, which is seldom, there's no one there), but it also has a big upside (service is very personal and cordial). Good products, good prices, and really nice people.

Horrible customer service. Unanswered email. Phone tag. Argumentative. Vendor human error in calculating taxes resulting in duplicate order. No vendor accountability for buyer inconveniences, time lost or cost. Much easier to buy from vendors with shopping carts. Five week backlog of aluminum bands to boot. Arrogant.
