Working through a c spine injury and disc issue, my neck was locked for so long. Went to physio, chiropractic and have had professional massage with minimal relief. Jenna helped me to release neck tension and now my body feels better because of it!

When I walked into Red Bird Acupuncture Clinic my pain was quite elevated and acute and had been building for six weeks. I figured I would get some relief but honestly not to the extent that I did. I left with NO pain and had the best sleep of my last couple of months. I woke up today with little to no pain and as the day has progressed it has hardly increased. I am very happy and relieved to have a pain free day and can't wait to get in for another appointment!!! Highly recommend.
Trisha was able to fit me in her schedule on short notice and was very accommodating. I was looking for another avenue to conceive a baby since my husband and I had been trying for over a year and all medical labs came back normal.
