Jenna is an absolute wizard when it comes to managing the abuse I put my body through, acupuncture and cupping have done more for me than any massage ever has. When I walked into Red Bird Acupuncture Clinic my pain was quite elevated and acute and had been building for six weeks. I figured I would get some relief but honestly not to the extent that I did. I left with NO pain and had the best sleep of my last couple of months. I woke up today with little to no pain and as the day has progressed it has hardly increased. I am very happy and relieved to have a pain free day and can't wait to get in for another appointment!!! Highly recommend.
Trisha was able to fit me in her schedule on short notice and was very accommodating. I was looking for another avenue to conceive a baby since my husband and I had been trying for over a year and all medical labs came back normal. I have been seeing Jenna during my pregnancy and it has helped tremendously with pelvic pain, nausea, and a number of other symptoms like fatigue. I recommend her to all family and friends that could benefit from acupuncture. The historic home where Red Bird is based is also nice and relaxing.
