They need better support I swear to God The fact that we can only get human support on Tuesdays and Thursdays is really horrible, especially if I'm trying to contact them about the bike docks not registering the trip as closed. Speaking of which, they REALLY need to get their docks fixed IMMEDIATELY. Also the police are no help at all if a bike gets STOLEN, which happened to me three times now. Nonprofit my [REDACTED], the way they're ran makes me think the guy in charge is pinching every penny for their 47th yacht

I Love the BIKES,I DONT APPRETIATE THAT IF A BIKE GETS STOLEN FROM A CUSTOMER,IT,S NOT REPORTED BY RED BIKE AND THE POLICE IGNORE THE FACT A THEFT OCCURED AND THE CUSTOMER HAS A CONTRACT THAT MAKES THEM ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE EITHER WAY.GPS is great for recovery of the bike But the fact nobody does nothing except Me the Customer after the THEFT OCCURS is SHADY BUISSNESS PRACTICE. IF A BIKES IN EYE,S VIEW THATS NOT UNATTENDED.
