Please read the contract carefully to ensure you’re being represented as the client. The contract we were sent over was extremely biased and offered no protections if anything went wrong. When we had a few questions, Elena, the owner, called me and berated me in the middle of my workday, in extremely unprofessional and defensive way. I did not treat her like that and did not deserve that treatment in return. I tried to leave a review on the knot, wedding wire, and Facebook as well but she blocked me.
