We dropped a mower off and asked for it to be looked at to see what was wrong with it. We were told we would receive a call before any services were done to it. We never got a call until the mower was “done” and - bill for 360$. When my husband told them we specifically told them not to fox it before letting us know what was wrong with it so we could make sure we had the money and then refused to give the mower back until we paid a service fee of 160 that we were told they did not charge.
