Complete joke, if they're closed unfortunately they've caused it with their terrible customer service. My senior parents spent 1000s on a leather reclining living room set which seemed like a great deal at the time. The leather wore in a month and the recliner doesn't stay reclined on it's own. After months of time lost trying to get them to backup their product, the "manager" basically told them they should have reported it sooner...despite them reporting within a month and the store continually asking them to call back. Went to the red bargain burn to look at their living room sofas we spotted this double electric reclining sofa at the door as we were leaving after driving down the road it was suggested that I called to find out the price the owner said if I paid cash that he would sell it to me for $650 which I believe to be an excellent deal. So I returned to the store and paid the Young counter person the money that was agreed ,upon on leaving I made sure that he understood what sofa I was talking about which he returned yes he knew.
