I had the worst experience with the teachers at the red banks location. They only seem to care for the kids that they know or is a family member. My son would come home with bruises no one could vouch for and they would write my son up daily for behavior and have no explanation of the environment at the time of the write up. My son is still enrolled at kindercare but at a different location and he is thriving the teachers show so much care. He has yet to have a write up and he has been at that location for 8 months now. All my kids love it here , the staff is very friendly and treats my kids like family !
Pretty Bad. I gave 2 stars because there are a couple of staff members that I can tell try. But overall the way this place is managed and the leveI of care was subpar. Finances: Tuition was tough on the budget. I am on a deployment. With that there are assistance programs to help with tuition. The daycare just needs to complete the paperwork. Getting them to get the paperwork done the first time was like pulling teeth. Then when I was shipped out they just stopped completing the paperwork. Meaning I had to cover the full cos... read more
