August/02/2026 14:00 pm Very disappointing experience. The driver was not professional at all and showed no respect toward passengers. He was arguing with people as if he had a personal problem with them and spoke to me in a very disrespectful and insulting manner. My ticket clearly showed Rosslyn Hotel as my destination, but he argued with me about it, refused to properly assist me with my luggage, and used offensive language toward me. The 5 stars is specifically for Rob Zukowski. He is by far the best driver, so attentive to everyone on the bus and does not accept any loud talking or speakers which is honestly such a big deal. I always feel safe and comfortable when he is the driver. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for other drivers I have had. I haven't had any others point out when someone is yelling on the phone or playing something out loud, or going out of their way to make everyone happy and comfortable. Thanks Rob for being so great.
