Excellent customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Instructions for bus stop area were non existent and maps brought me to bus terminal mentioned in their ticket email but no bus ever came even after being there 20 mins early. They wouldn’t re book me on another bus and I didn’t even request a refund I just wanted to get back to Calgary. You pay the luxury ticket price and expect luxury customer service but Flix (a budget bus) has way better service than this. Fares keep changing. I saw $83, then a few hours later when I found my credit card, it jumped to $98 for basic fare. I thought it was my eyes, but I tried a different date and it was $83. Is red arrow an airline now? I also saw a fuel surcharge of $4? Glad there is another bus that travels my route and that is where I will be taking my business.
