Worst red arrow location hands down. The staff are so rude, whereas in Edmonton and Red Deer they are so very nice. I brought a small suitcase, a backpack, and my purse as always. Every time Calgary staff give me a different kind of hard time despite having no real issues or any issues with staff at other locations. This time the woman tried to tell me my backpack which I bring onboard every time and put overhead was "too big" for the overhead and that it was a "full bus" until I complained enough she begrudgingly and rudely... read more
Great service. Good prices, much more efforts put into safety and cleanliness then other services. I appreciate the Ebus service, but I have no problems paying a little more for their regular Red Arrow service it’s outstanding compared to other services I’ve tried. I travel frequently throughout Alberta and will always use the bus. So I can say without reservations this is the best and safest bus service. I will never step foot on another FlixBus. No matter how cheap they offer tickets it’s not worth my safety.
