Barrie was just awesome. He has such great disposition about him. Red Alert takes great care of their customers as they know when power goes out, the sound of that generator coming on is both crucial and satisfying to us. Really great company!!!

Where do I start! I was having problems with my Kohler generator not working properly. I replaced the fuel regulator. Not the problem. Suspected the carburetor. But before I purchase.
