Easy in and out. They do take antifreeze/coolant. Some warnings: TVs cost $20 to dispose and appliances with freon/refrigerant cost $20.
I really appreciate that the City of Killeen offers recycling services, especially the availability of mobile drop-off locations when the main center is closed. That makes it much more convenient for residents. I do think there’s still room for improvement, particularly in expanding access. It would be great to see more initiatives for people who don’t drive, so they can easily recycle as well. They canceled my service and took my trash can for weeks due to a cancel of service for a different house. And still charged me. Smh ....Nothing was done and they said it was a human error no one even apologized. Bad service and they forget to pick up my trash sometimes.
All bins were marked and easy to place Items.
