I had a good experience going in the other day with the cashier, Cole. I wanted a cargo rack that could hold more weight for groceries than my previous seat post mounted rack. they walked me through all their options and offer assistance putting it on. I declined, but did use the tools they have available outside on a cart for use during their operating hours.
I like the other store better. I called here trying to get info about when they were getting a specific new model and was told “should be soon” …I’m not sure what that means- a few weeks?, next month?; the kid on the phone could have cared less about providing helpful information. Short vague answers and quite obviously uninterested in guiding a future sale.
