I'm uncertain who the tech was that performed work for me (tall guy with glasses), but he got my neglected road bike back up to outstanding order. I didn't even realize how unaligned my wheels and derailleurs were, or that my chain was so bad. I hadn't done maintenance in a long time, and after getting my bike back, it was heavily noticeable that it needed serious work.
