I had a great experience in selecting and purchasing an ICE Adventure HD trike. Nathan was my contact and was very helpful and responsive. He walked me through the options, responded to all my requests and immediately addressed all issues and concerns. I couldn't ask for better service. My new trike arrived in time and I've thouroughly enjoyed the ride, as well as my satisfaction with the great value and purchase experience. I highly recommend this store.

A few weeks ago a friend pointed me to an ad for a used ICE trike on the RTS website. He's a long-time customer of the store even though he lives in Idaho, and he assured me that if I bought this trike from them I'd have a good experience. I was traveling out of the country but managed to get ahold of the store through a bad phone connection. They patiently and efficiently made the purchase work, despite the communication difficulties.
