Horrible product, save your money. One year and I got rust around the rivets. It has always been covered when not in use. Stay away, they don't stand behind their China made crap

So I have given this grill ample time to redeem itself in my eyes. This grill doesn't produce much smoke despite burning wood pellets. Then you need to shell out more money for the sear plates which don't really sear that well. I feel like I was robbed of my money for the very expensive grill that doesn't produce results . As of now my search continues for a proper bbq.
I have a Recteq and am a fan. Highly recommend.
DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GRILLS. Why would anyone want this grill. The remote start has been disabled !!! This also means the app is totally useless. Monitoring temperature, heat level, making adjustments....nope. Now I have to check everything outside, in the cold, in the heat. I can just as well use my grill. This change needs to be reversed. Did not even think folks with disabilities need that option did ya! Why would you do this recteq ??? FIX IT
