Brand new pellet grill broke within a week of purchase. I can't recommend a product that fails after one single cook due to a faulty part and then requires the owner to disassemble the unit to replace it. Extremely disappointed. Customer service got me a replacement part, but I'll still be the chump who bought an expensive grill that failed after one cook, has spend two hour out of my day off fixing it, and had to cancel a BBQ with friends because the low quality of these units.
What can I say? Recteq is the only way to go! I bought my first grill 10 years ago and it's still working like a champ. I have several now and they all are absolutely the best grills out there. The customer service is by far amazing. The absolute best out there. I just came back from the recteq Academy and learned so much! I will definitely go again!
I had major issues attempting to order a grill through Recteq. What started out as an error on their part (they listed the Flagship 1100 as available on Labor Day when it actually was not), led to a month-long wait for any communication with their customer service team as I tried to rectify the ordering issue. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I do not feel like they met the mark.
We are dealing with a grill that we have had less than a year not working. We are going back and forth with support and it’s not fun. Our grill needs to be replaced and they won’t do it. When it works it’s amazing but it seems you cannotcount on the warranty. Very disappointed. Would not purchase another recteq again because of this.
