Great grills worth the price. Delicious food every time
Editing this review again because with the new firmware 5.2 they totally botched the feed rate making my grill run super hot. Customer service was slow to respond and the dude was a smart ass on top of that. For as much as this company charges they should do more testing and hire better customer service people. Great staff here. Even though I was by so close to closing hours on a Saturday, they took me through all the grills, answered all my questions, and helped me walk away with an awesome grill!
Bought a brand new Recteq Bullseye and it’s been a disaster from the start. Out of the box, it wouldn’t heat up. There was smoke, the fire pot had ignition, pellets weren’t overflowing but after an hour, it wouldn’t get past 65 degrees. Had friends over, ready to grill, and after an hour and a half of waiting, I was so embarrassed we just ordered pizza. Total failure.
