My mother called in to check on me, after I used the phone in my Division to call her. She called back and her call was redirected somwhere where they handle all incoming calls, and she was met with great hostility. She said they were yelling at her and being very disrespectful over the phone. For a goverment agency this behavior is extremely unprofessional.
Absolutely amazing! This resort is one of a kind!! Staff are surprisingly very easily irritated, forget a pen, you’ll get screamed at, absolutely FANTASTIC!! Self room service, toilets, showers and sinks are scrubbed to perfection every day, 3 hot (or cold) meals served each and every day, beds are made every morning, and your safari staff are very well trained on how to show you the correct way to do everything (might be a little sweaty at the end but it’s okay)!! overall 20/10 expierence!! HOOYAH 922!!!
