This is the only 1-star review I’ve ever given. I received a Groupon for the this business. Getting ahold of them was near impossible. Finally booked an appointment but nobody was there when I showed up. Nor did anyone respond to my call, text or email when I inquired about what happened. Still haven’t heard from them days later. I typically like to offer second chances but do not feel respected enough to return here.
It was very easy to find. It took some time to get an appointment but they did an excellent job. The ambience was relaxing.
I called/emailed multiple times and received left voicemails and no response. I went to location listed on site. And this business was not listed in the building directory! Very disappointing

No longer in business at this location! The website makes you put a down payment to schedule. They are still selling groupons they cannot honor. I went in person and confirmed they are no longer at that location. No forwarding address. No response to calls and emails. Hope this saves someone else’s time.
