I can’t say enough good things about our experience with A-Z Upholstery and Decor. We have a chair that we bought several replacement sets of cushions for over the years from the big box stores. We were never able to get more than three or four years out of the store bought cushions before they lost their shape and comfort. Four years ago, the Recovery Zone replaced the cushion covers on an old Ethan Allen couch I have. The workmanship was excellent. The inserts that were replaced were foam core and unfortunately not as good in quality as the original Ethan Allen inserts, which is why I gave it four stars. However, the sewing of the covers, with piping around the edges, covered zippers, as well as lining up the pattern well, was fine and has not changed in 4 years of daily use. I would use Recovery Zone again!

Richard who is the owner of recovery zone and his wife berated me after complaining about the quality of the finished product. The refinished and upholstered family heirlooms were unacceptable and I refused to take them back until he repaired them.
