Professional and great service. Fixed my sofa cushion within 3 days.
Four years ago, the Recovery Zone replaced the cushion covers on an old Ethan Allen couch I have. The workmanship was excellent. The inserts that were replaced were foam core and unfortunately not as good in quality as the original Ethan Allen inserts, which is why I gave it four stars. However, the sewing of the covers, with piping around the edges, covered zippers, as well as lining up the pattern well, was fine and has not changed in 4 years of daily use. I would use Recovery Zone again!
Super great staff super great wonen secrutary quick and great finsh product
Richard who is the owner of recovery zone and his wife berated me after complaining about the quality of the finished product. The refinished and upholstered family heirlooms were unacceptable and I refused to take them back until he repaired them.
I was handed an inferior product. I was told my entire living room collection would be reupholstered and it looked as if someone unskilled had sewn a thin 1 ply toilet paper sheet over the existing fabric. I don’t appreciate that richard guglielmetti made fun of my Durag, it seems as if he has a major problem with men wearing this accessory of a certain ethnicity.
