I will never use this company again I ordered a 2yrs AA coin on 1/11/24. I thought I was ordering early enough hits AA Birthday is 2/20/24. 2 weeks after I ordered the coin I received no email that it was sent. The response was ill check into it. Five days later I sent another email asking where it was and this time I was sent a sorry email and finally a tracking number. Which said label was created. Placed order on 5/1/23, received a thank you. 5/8/23 received an e-mail stating order was on its way. Received another e-mail later that day stating shipping label had been created along with a tracking number. 5/15/23 contacted vendor stating there was no movement on shipping front, received an e-mail apologizing for the delay. 5/22/23 contacted vendor again seeking a progress report. received an e-mail stating that they would reship order.
