Looks like I'm gonna have to rent a motel and car and camp on there doorstep until I get what I've paid for. So far, I give them ZERO stars untill I see even a little progress. Oh, did I mention it's been going on for over 2 years.

NO STARS HERE!! This is a scam company. They want your money, they don’t care about your issues. Jake Is a used car salesman that uses scare tactics to get you cowering….don’t do it, find somewhere else. BBB has PULLED their accreditation.
This is a total scam . Do not trust these people . They take you money and LIE. After a few weeks they disappear and leave you in shambles. They have been reported to the IRS and a full investigation is being done.
