Carmaine has been a wondeful physio. She has gone above and beyond to help me with my shoulder recovery
I have been seeing Simon and currently still on a recovery plan with him since tearing my Achilles tendon. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable - in 6 months I was able to run and jump pretty confidently again! Highly recommend Simon’s expertise and the team at Recovery State.
Henry and Carmaine are professional and invested in helping their clients recover. Would definitely recommend

Got refered to this lovely place, And have to say HANDS DOWN, henry and the team are so friendly, respectful, listen, and most of very helpfull... i say 6 stars out of 5... so quick rundown had knee issues and lower back pain and foot pain. Doctors couldnt find the issue so went seen henry explained showed and he got into it he was gentle and allwayd kept communicating and after a few sessions i was improving at a apid rate and no more pain killers and noew i can walk in comforts.. definatly reccomend
