Wonderful knowledgeable staff that will absolutely help you get healed!
The staff is horrendous. It has declined significantly in the last couple months. They do not have a plan for you like they say, at least in my experience. Follow up with your goals and why you’re there to begin with is not present. They do not touch in and see how the body is doing throughout your program like the expectation they give. Today was my first experience at Recovery One and Angela and India were fantastic! India explained all of the different treatments thoroughly and also why each different treatment would be best for my condition. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a package but I did purchase the $299 package as I can go times per week so it's very cost effective.
