My experience with this business has been horrible and I haven't even been able to float yet. My wife purchased me a gift card from here a few weeks back. I scheduled a 60 minute float for 5/27 using the website. On 5/26 I received a text notifying my float had been cancelled with no phone call or message to explain why. When I called to try and reschedule, nobody ever returned my call. Love this hidden gem in Huntersville. I tried the halotherapy and floating, both of which were very relaxing. They also do massage, which I'm going to try next. And if you're looking for a local vendor for CBD oil or Elderberry Syrup, this is it!
Just the Right Mix of Rest and Relaxation Review of Day Pass and Oil Massage First Float delivers right from the get go.
