Came in today for some basic recovery from an intense week of training. Natalie was the most helpful giving me tips and providing all the knowledge of each method of recovery that I took part in. Red light therapy and compression boots are top tier! Can’t wait to come back for my next session. Thank you Natalie and recovery lab for being so great!

Thank you the lord for recovery lab. Staff is amazing and gabe has been getting me back to full strength. Very professional, informative and patient. Also chiro works. Nora Nat n Gabe are 1000% right when it comes to chiro. Please listen to them.
Great place for recovery from injuries or just a good stretch. I tried the cryo chamber and loved it Ask for gabb he’s the best
