Pretty great place my first time the people are great at this location. The stretches, cupping, and scrapping felt amazing. Definitely want to come back
I highly recommend this facility for so many reasons! In my case Im always actively training for Spartan races & Marathons. Their Cryotherapy & Redlight packages save my life, which includes Normatec leg & hip compressions. I'm able to resume daily workouts due to Recovery Lab services. They even have stretches with cupping, scraping & massage gun therapy to target deeper issue. I absolutely love this place & you will too! Trust me!
