Horrible management, not doing what's best for the client. I had a gift card for 3 cryo sessions. I called to ensure I can use it 1 week after it expired because I was going to be out of the country. They said they will call me if there was going to be an issue. No call. Then I went in to use a session and was denied. I have MS and cryo helps with symptoms yet this manager denied me even though I called ahead, requested an extension and it only expired last week! No sincerity. Top tier service and top tier knowledge. I have been a reovery lab user since their days in Rancho. The La Verne location has lived up to the standards I would expect coming from a sports recovery facility. I have the monthly membership and for anyone who is an athlete or super active or even just the average person with something as little as minor back pain, I would say joining is a no brainer. Highly recommend their services.
