We had a slab leak and in fixing it, had to tear up approx 30' of our flooring straight through the middle of our house. We signed a contract with Joe on March 9, 2016. To this day he has done very little if anything. He contacted out insurance once or twice. It was weeks between communication with him and then he would have some tradgic excuse for why he wasn't doing his job. But if you went in his FB page he was at luncheons looking very happy the day he was speaking about. And only communicated with us after I wrote not so nice on his FB.
