One of the best things I did for my health last year was joining Recovery Culture. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the standard of the place, everything has been done with so much care and attention to detail. The facilities are incredible, but it’s more than that, it’s the whole experience. You walk out feeling genuinely better, not just physically but mentally as well. First time doing an ice bath and what an amazing experience! That dopamine hit afterwards is incredible and Jake was fantastic facilitating this experience. Great set up and atmosphere was very chill. Will be trying this again!
