I have seen Fiona (physio) for several sessions. She is amazing in both her knowledge of injuries and how to treat them. Also she has provided encouragement to me to pursue strength training and has clearly outlined the steps in these exercises. I highly recommend her.
Alex is the best receptionist with LMA a close second
Highly recommend Joel! Just finished a couple of months with him to recover my shoulder from bursitis and tendinitis, and the process was as stress-free and pain-free as you could possibly hope for. Joel is attentive, very friendly, and goal-orientated, so it's clear from the start what you'll get out of the sessions and what you're working towards. He gave great advice and pushed me just the right amount so that I've recovered quickly and holistically. The receptionists are always welcoming too.
Fiona is a fantastic physio
Just finished 6 weeks of physio with Fiona after a total knee replacement. I would recommend her to anyone. Didn’t waste time, straight to the point, listened to my concerns and tailored the exercises accordingly. A nice, friendly person as well.
