I can't say enough good things about RecoverRX and specifically Dr. Sarah! I started working with them for some issues I'd developed from bicycle training/racing... Dr. Erin was great! I was recommended this practice by an Ironman athlete I know after months of neck pain that wouldn't go away. I'm a swimmer and figured my practices were prolonging it. Erin was great at analyzing why the problem occurred and what parts of the body to focus on strengthening & improving mobility to alleviate and prevent further injury. I feel great, haven't had neck pain since our first visit!

I started seeing Dr. Megan for pelvic floor therapy shortly after I found out I was expecting my first child last year because I wanted to learn about the health of my pelvic floor and prepare myself for labor.
