I dropped off a piece of furniture January 2021. We then went into lockdown. I was sent a quote in February but could not pick out fabrics because of Covid restrictions. Was told they had a backlog and to wait. So we did -patiently. Did not receive a follow up call all year about an appt. Suddenly 11 months later a very rude email from this business telling me if I don’t pick up our piece it will be out in the dumpster. Terrible service -go elsewhere. I always support local business but I do not recommend.

Brought in 2 Wing-back recliners that were in very rough shape as we got them second hand. Smelled of old pets, age, etc. Had these two reupholstered from the bones up (as they had a solid base). They are working nicely and very comfortable and will be with our family for years. Staff was lovely, knowledgeable, and listened to our needs to therefore share with us options that would work for our family (toddler, & a cat). Terrible experience!! They said they would recover if I supplied my own fabric, and now told me 60 days later they were too busy to complete our $2000.00 order! Told me to Google to find another company to recover.

Family business with old fashioned values and service. Outstanding quality and workmanship. We had a living room set re-done a couple of years ago and just returned as customer for some of our office furnishings.
