I just left Recoverie Wellness Hub and had a wonderful experience! The space was very clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was professional and well thought out, which really added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great wellness experience.
Great first experience for sauna and cold plunge. Siobhan was awesome at giving me a tour and explaining each therapies. Will definitely be back!

Cryo treatments at Recoverie are the REAL DEAL! I was skeptical because I’d never done anything like this before but my chin results were kind of mind boggling. I’m going back for some other stubborn areas. Naomi is incredibly kind and supportive as is everyone on the team. The wellness club is pristine, welcoming, comfortable and beautifully situated on Brooklyn Bridge Park so everything about your treat to yourself feels special and relaxing including the location!
