I did cryotherapy at Recoverie for the first time ever tonight in Brooklyn. Wow! It was intensely cold (-200 F) but so refreshing. Recoverie is such a great addition to the waterfront area.! The owner has the best energy and the space is cozy and inviting and warm (except for the cryo and the cold plunge!). I can't wait to go back!
Amazing experience! The staff was so kind and the contrast therapy was great as a first timer. She taught me how to breathe to make it easier and I will definitely be back.

They remember you by name. 2. Very clean 3. They offer you towels, robe and slippers Bonuses 4. There's a vibration plate to use after. Great for lymphatic drainage 5. Triple filtered water 6. It's never annoyingly crowded by design 7. There's a shower to rinse off after Definitely worth the trek.
