Great recovery spot, got everything you need. Ice baths freezing, Sauna’s hot, Normatec pants were unreal too. Very clean facilities and the staff are amazing! Would highly recommend.
Amazing recovery center in the heart of manly. I was gifted a session here and the facilities are great. Contrast therapy (three Saunas, traditional and infrared as well as cold plunges) great for resetting the body mid week. Lilly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you
