I really enjoy my membership at RCVRI Manly. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the facilities are kept really clean. The saunas also get very hot and I’ve never felt better from doing regular ice baths.
RCVRI is an outstanding wellness centre. The dry sauna is consistently hot and well-maintained, and the cold plunge is the perfect complement for a proper contrast therapy session. What really sets it apart is the staff and community — welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in creating a great environment. It’s an easy place to build a consistent routine. Highly recommend for anyone serious about recovery and overall wellness.
