Love the place, super friendly staff and great facilities. My favourite is the ice bath and Sauna
Did the normatec compression boots following the Sydney Marathon - helped a ton! The staff were friendly/helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I’ll be back in the future for more sessions - thanks!
