I absolutely love this place. The sauna and cold plunge are amazing, and the whole experience feels incredibly refreshing. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and designed to help you relax. I’ve also used the compression boots, and they’ve been fantastic for recovery. I’ve tried a few other recovery centres, but RCVRI is definitely my favourite.

100% the best massages in Coogee, All of the team are amazing very experienced super relaxing professional private and you can also follow up with A sauna before or after. The ultimate package!
The staff couldn’t do more to accommodate me with last minute bookings. Would highly recommend RCVRI Coogee to anyone. The ammenities are extremely clean and more importantly you feel a lot better coming out than going in.
