This was my first time at Recover Well. The vibe and energy was great. The place was clean and very well maintained. The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were so informative and knowledgeable. And they the sweetest and most kind I’ve ever experienced. I chose the contrast therapy which includes cryotherapy and the sauna pod. My mind, body and soul feels so rejuvenated
From the moment I walked into Recover Well, the welcoming ambiance and clean, modern space set the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The staff are professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the benefits of their services. I had such a wonderful experience here! The infrared sauna was incredibly relaxing — I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and detoxed. The cryotherapy session was invigorating and gave me an instant boost of energy. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything so you feel completely comfortable, even if it’s your first time. Everything was spotless and felt very high quality. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to support your wellness and recovery!
Staff was very sweet and professional. My first experience with sauna pods and cryotherapy was so relaxing and invigorating,, that I booked two more sessions this past week.
I love this spa! Its definitely well - needed after a busy season at work. Highly recommend!
