Highly recommend seeing Andrew. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen, answered all my questions and provided solid explanations how the exercises would not only help heal my injury but how to strengthen other parts of my body.
I needed to find a physio for my post-op recovery (ACL + Meniscus tear). I searched on google for somewhere local and found Recover Strong. Impressed with the flawless rating, I booked an appointment. When Andrew first saw me, I was walking with a stick. When Andrew cleared me to return to sport, I was breaking personal records. I am very thankful for Andrews guidance and knowledge, and I will return whenever I need his services again!
